STEP (Students Transitioning to Employment Program) helps in-school students with disabilities, ages 16–21, prepare for employment and gain greater independence. Students build work readiness skills, explore careers and educational options, learn to advocate for themselves, and complete a 150-hour paid work experience with a local employer. STEP is available at no cost to eligible students in Burlington and Camden Counties.
