Through funding from NJEDA’s NJ Film Works Initiative, Aspire has partnered with Creative Content OnDemand to deliver FRAME, an immersive training program designed to prepare participants for careers in film and digital media.

Participants gain hands-on experience with industry-standard technology and techniques, including camera operation, lighting and sound setup, script breakdown, on-set production, and post-production editing. The program also introduces foundational project management skills essential for working on media projects.

FRAME is designed to build both technical expertise and real-world experience, equipping participants with the skills needed to succeed in the creative economy. Training is delivered through in-person small group cohorts.
